Experienced HVAC Mechanic - Competitive Pay

Position Description Uplifting Air is an established residential and light commercial HVAC company looking for an experienced HVAC mechanic to join our team. Immediate opening. This is not an entry level or helper position. No refrigeration work required at this time. Good duct‑work skills are a plus. Responsibilities Diagnose causes of problems and/or failures in heating/cooling systems. Maintain close contact with dispatch regarding work‑order procedures and status. Inspect all systems and components to evaluate condition and recommend preventive maintenance. Prepare service invoices and secure customer signatures and COD payments when applicable. Install equipment and systems to provide enhanced and/or upgraded capabilities. Request equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure availability for installations and repairs. Work overtime hours to handle peak demand or emergency situations. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3‑5 years of recent experience with light commercial units (7.5 – 20 tons). EPA certification required. NATE certification a plus. Valid driver’s license with no serious infractions. Clean driving record. Computer and mobile‑device skills a plus. Good duct‑work skills a plus.
