Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) $60–$100/hour • Flexible Contract Role • Hybrid (In-Home + Remote Documentation) • Montcalm County, MI Transitions: Autism Services is actively hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services for children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Montcalm County and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, clinician-supported role designed for BCBAs who want autonomy in scheduling while maintaining strong administrative, staffing, and caseload development support. We help you focus on clinical work — not back-office operations. Why This Role is Different Flexible scheduling with control over your calendar. Strong administrative support (billing, collections, operations handled for you). Help building and maintaining your caseload. Support recruiting and managing Behavior Technicians (BTs). A mix of in-home services and remote documentation. A growing caseload in an expanding service area. What You’ll Do Provide ABA therapy and clinical supervision for clients with ASD. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) in home and community settings. Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families and care teams. Maintain clinical documentation and compliance requirements. Compensation $60.00 – $100.00 per hour (based on experience and caseload). Contract position. Flexible scheduling. Requirements Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Active BCBA certification (required). Eligible for or currently licensed in the State of Michigan. Strong clinical documentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
