Shift Leader

Ready to take the next step into leadership? We’re looking for energetic, dependable Shift Leads who enjoy working with people, leading a team, and creating a great guest experience. As a Shift Lead , you’ll help lead the restaurant during your shift—coaching and motivating Team Members, keeping operations running smoothly, and making sure every guest receives the fast, friendly service Zaxbys is known for. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and motivate Team Members during your shift Deliver an outstanding guest experience and help resolve guest concerns Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service Help train and develop new and existing Team Members Keep the team organized and operations running efficiently Assist with cash handling, inventory, opening/closing duties, and other shift responsibilities Lead by example and help create a positive, fun, team-focused workplace What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent guest service skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Restaurant experience preferred If you’re ready to grow your leadership skills and be part of a team that believes in fun, fast, and friendly service , we’d love to meet you.
