Director of Operations

We are seeking a Director of Operations to oversee company-wide operations and ensure successful execution of low voltage projects. Job Duties Lead project management, field operations, and estimating teams. Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency. Establish KPIs and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and profitability goals. Qualifications 10+ years operations management in low voltage or construction. Strong leadership and financial acumen. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
