Twinsburg, OH | $27.00–$34.00/hr + Shift Differential

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is partnering with a leading aerospace precision gear manufacturer to hire experienced CNC Machinists for a Direct Hire opportunity in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Compensation
$27.00–$34.00/hour , depending on experience

• $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd Shift

Available Shifts
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC mills to manufacture precision aerospace components.

• Work from blueprints, process sheets, setup sheets, machine status boards, and written or verbal instructions.
• Machine, install, or re-cut chuck jaws as required.
• Install tooling and perform complete machine setups.
• Download and upload CNC programs and make minor program edits when necessary.
• Produce parts to extremely tight tolerances while meeting quality and production requirements.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Inspect your own work and, when required, verify the work of other machinists.
• Operate multiple machines and support different machining departments as needed.
• Enter production information into the ERP system.
• Safely load and unload component parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience .
• Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes and/or CNC mills .
• Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English.
• Basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
