Desired Qualifications:

• Current ARDMS or equivalent certification in General Ultrasound
• Minimum of one year's recent experience in Ultrasound Imaging
• Proficient in a range of general ultrasound procedures
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation
• Active, unrestricted state license (or eligibility to obtain prior to assignment)
• BLS Certification

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform quality general ultrasound studies in accordance with physician orders
• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Accurately document studies and provide clear, timely reporting
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Promote patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and facility-specific policies
