Marketing Specialist Full Time Roosevelt, UT, US Salary Range: $21.00 To $26.00 Hourly About the Role Love creating content, connecting with people, and bringing ideas to life? Join the Strata Networks Marketing team as a Marketing Specialist! In this dynamic role, you’ll help shape Strata's digital presence, strengthen our brand, connect with our communities, and bring exciting marketing campaigns and events to life. From social media and digital advertising to community events and website content, no two days will look exactly the same. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys juggling projects, collaborating with others, and representing a company that makes a difference in the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities In this role, you’ll: Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging social media content and digital campaigns. Maintain content calendars and track social media and campaign performance. Update website content and support SEO, AI search optimization, and user experience initiatives. Assist with digital advertising, audience targeting, ad creation, budget tracking, and campaign optimization. Coordinate community outreach, partnerships, sponsorships, and public relations efforts. Plan and support exciting corporate and community events, including customer appreciation events, scholarships, youth leadership programs, and the Strata Charity Golf Classic. Manage sponsorship and donation requests and coordinate community partnership deliverables. Create promotional materials, newsletters, and digital signage content. Maintain the Marketing SharePoint site and support internal communications. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, community partners, and customers. What You Bring to the Team To be successful, you’ll need: Experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event planning, or a related field preferred. Strong organization, project management, and communication skills. Creativity and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with social media, digital advertising, analytics, and website platforms preferred. Familiarity with WordPress, SEO, AI-assisted marketing tools, Canva, and/or Adobe software preferred. A positive, collaborative attitude and the ability to confidently represent STRATA in the community. Work Environment and Conditions Primarily office-based with opportunities to work at community events and public functions. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required for events.
