A great place to work with a great compensation package.Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate real estate transactions, including renewalsOversee and coordinate tenant improvement and lease ready projectsInvestigate and resolve tenant issuesUpdate and improve properties to increase return on investmentEnsure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely mannerReview and approve invoices for properties within individual portfolioComplete monthly reports regarding, occupancy, variances, and improvementsWeekly site visits to each property within individual portfolioQualificationsAssociates Degree RequiredPrevious experience in property management or related fieldsFamiliarity with commercial real estate leases is helpfulAbility to multitask and prioritize deadlinesAbility to build rapport with tenantsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsActive Arizona Real Estate License
