The Preferred Skills:

• 3 years of commercial claims experience within a retail brokerage
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Knowledge of insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred

The Key Responsibilities:

• Carefully review the carrier coverage correspondence
• Act as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters, including management of potential and active claims
• Managing Commercial Lines claims, ensuring they're promptly and accurately reported to insurance carriers
• Input claim details into the agency management system
