Civil Design Engineer

TekPro Engineering is looking to hire a Senior Civil Design Engineer with direct Roadway/Public Infrastructure Design experience immediately! This position offers long term job security, competitive pay/salary rates, full benefits, and future career growth!

- BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must Have 7+ Years of experience creating and providing design construction documents for large commercial construction projects.
- Thorough understanding of NEC Codes, Building Codes, Fire Alarm Codes and etc.
- Experience coordinating with MEP Design Engineers to ensure all specifications are met.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit or Civil3D is a HUGE PLUS.
- Responsible for drawing setup, design development of plans and specifications.
- Provide construction support including bid evaluation, submittal reviews, responding to RFI's, final walkthroughs, punch lists and developing As-Built record drawings.
- Thorough Understanding of Current Codes and Standards (NEC Codes, Fire Alarm Regulations etc.)
- Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office experience. Revit experience is a plus.
- Hybrid work schedule
