Soby's New South Cuisine is seeking enthusiastic host candidates to join our team!

Table 301 is now hiring hospitable, outgoing and passionate individuals who are dedicated to guest service. Table 301 restaurants are great places to dine partly because they are great places to work. We work hard. We focus all of our energies on delighting our guests, and we have fun doing it. Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills (oral, and written)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Must be a team player, and work well with others
• Maintain punctual attendance
• Must have availability to work AM/PM and weekend shifts
• Comply with a dress code that prohibits displaying tattoos, and unnatural hair colors, such as blue or pink
• Piercings are limited to earrings only. No facial piercings please.

Soby's New South Cuisine is a blend of contemporary cuisine infused with traditional southern ingredients. The restaurant opened in 1997 and is housed in the warm environment of a renovated, century-old building and has a mezzanine level that can accommodate large parties ordering a la carte.

Starting with fresh, seasonal ingredients, our chefs transform Southern favorites into something comfortable and fresh. The wine list is a consistent winner of Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast awards. Signature dishes include Barbecue Shrimp and Grits, Fried Green Tomatoes with Jalapeno Pimento Cheese, Crab Cakes Remoulade, and White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie.
