We need a team member who will generate "needs-based sales" to both current and new clients, establish relationships with clients, and provide remarkable service.

$65,000 - $100,000 yearly

• Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them

• Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss insurance products

• Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals, internet leads, campaigns, etc.

• Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

• Customize insurance policies/policy packages to suit individual clients

• Explain benefits and risks of the policy to the client

• Re-assess the policy needs of existing clients annually or after life-changing events

• Fill out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records, and prepare reports

• Service policies through client conversations and policy change transactions.

• Maintain continuous awareness and follow up on policy transactions and sales, and keep relevant records

• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Some computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Office is required
• Some experience with accounting or sales lead software is beneficial
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance products risk management profiles, and related state and federal regulations

• Candidates must have active P&C and Life/Accident/Health insurance licenses

• Working knowledge of Salesforce
