Looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, and trustworthy individual to oversee the maintenance of our building and grounds. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of the building and grounds. Duties: Perform minor carpentry work as required to repair windows, doors, hardware, screens, and furniture. Perform maintenance and minor repair of electrical fixtures, plumbing, and appliances as required, e.g., fans, emergency and exit lights, etc. Perform preventive maintenance functions and measures for building, equipment, and grounds. Observe and report any defects, deterioration, and wear and tear promptly; verbally communicate emergencies that involve major repairs to management. Inspect facilities on a routine basis to ensure that deficiencies are corrected. Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries. Perform landscaping duties as required. Requirements: At least 2-3 years of related experience. The ability to work independently with little supervision. Organized and detail-oriented.
