We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. This is a multi-location position working across centrally located multi-family apartment communities in Brooksville, FL

Responsibilities:

• Perform service requests and routine general maintenance
• Properly report completed service requests through a smartphone app
• Conduct unit inspections and punch work
• Maintain vendor relations; coordinate and schedule vendors for unit turns/rehabs
• Interact with tenants professionally during service work
• Work within budget guidelines
• Travel to properties within a 3-mile radius

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of apartment maintenance experience (required)
• Strong proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs
• HVAC and/or EPA Certification a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with smartphones for service order & time reporting
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round
• Ability to lift/move heavy items (including appliances) as needed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
• Cell phone with ability to respond to after-hours emergencies if needed
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Ability to manage multiple vendors during unit turns/rehabs

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time | Generally Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Hours may vary based on property needs
• Overtime required for emergencies, including some evenings/weekends
• Salary commensurate with experience
