Job Summary/Company : We seek a strategic and results-oriented Human Resources Director to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leadership to drive organizational success through talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships, problem-solve, and implement best practices will be essential to this role.

This Position May Either Require COVID-19 Vaccination or Regular Testing
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leadership to drive organizational success through talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Your ability to build strong relationships, problem-solve, and implement best practices will be essential to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Provide HR advisory support to employees and management.
- Manage payroll processing and reporting.
- Conduct performance management and employee relations activities.
- Analyze HR metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven 6+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
