Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Locations: Easton, PA and Bethlehem, PAPosition Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 35 Hours per WeekAssignment Dates: August 24, 2026 – June 11, 2027Position OverviewWe are seeking dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support students in a school-based setting during the 2026-2027 school year. These full-time opportunities provide the chance to collaborate with occupational therapists and educational teams to help students develop the skills needed for academic and functional success.Available Openings1 Full-Time COTA - Easton, PA3 Full-Time COTAs - Bethlehem, PAKey ResponsibilitiesProvide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.Implement individualized therapy plans and treatment activities.Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills.Document therapy sessions and student progress accurately.Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists, and school staff.Assist with classroom-based strategies and accommodations that promote student success.Maintain compliance with all professional and educational requirements.Qualifications RequiredActive COTA certification and state credentials as required.Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.PreferredPrevious school-based or pediatric experience.Experience supporting students with diverse learning and developmental needs.Knowledge of educational therapy practices and collaborative service models.Skills & CompetenciesOccupational therapy intervention implementationFine motor and sensory skill developmentDocumentation and progress monitoringCollaboration and teamworkOrganization and time managementStudent-centered service delivery
