Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Salary : $120K - 200K Base (Salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Project Manager to lead medium-to-large capital and improvement projects across manufacturing, refining, petrochemical, and energy facilities. The role will manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out for ground-up construction, upgrades, and turnaround activities. The ideal candidate combines strong project controls and construction management skills with industry knowledge in oil & gas, chemical, utilities, nuclear, or power sectors and is proficient with Primavera and cost/schedule control processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for manufacturing and industrial capital projects including ground-up construction, plant expansions, and retrofits.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6; perform schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes; drive cost-saving initiatives and change control.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, HSE) and third-party contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee estimating, tendering, and contract administration; evaluate bids and manage subcontractor performance.
• Implement project controls, reporting, and KPI tracking; produce regular status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of progressive project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, refinery, utilities, nuclear, or power sectors.
• Proven experience managing capital projects, ground-up construction, plant turnarounds, and large-scale industrial upgrades.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling and controls with hands-on experience using Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability in budgeting, cost estimating, forecasting, and financial reporting for multi-million-dollar projects.
