Product Lead, Elevate Platform

Responsibilities Responsible for management of product lifecycle and issues that impact delivery of capability or service, including discovery, innovation, new product planning, introduction, and post‑launch management. Lead, motivate and cultivate a team of product managers to manage the product group. Ensure development and execution of product roadmaps with 3‑5 year horizons, in partnership with the Product Executive and Business Stakeholders. Partner with the Technology Lead to ensure recommended roadmaps are feasible and align with corporate/C&IS technology strategy. Align the business strategy and objectives with the product strategy. Ensure reliability, performance, quality and robustness of the product group. Conduct industry and market research on product viability and competitive threats, and understand how they may impact product strategies. Assess investment needs (capital and expense) through understanding trends, client needs and roadmap review, and make recommendations to the Product Executive and Business Stakeholders. Represent the organization with thought leadership—product at industry events, in publications, and at client events. Establish, manage and monitor the financial and market progress of the product group through metrics and key performance indicators. Understand the impact of new regulations on the business and how that may impact the business strategy. Serve as the main product point of contact for sales teams, communicating new features and their value proposition, overseeing RFI, RFPs and due diligence responses. Oversee, plan and direct the activities of the unit, ensuring that business objectives are being met. Assume accountability for financial and staffing resources, including developing and managing capital and expense budgets, and liaising cross‑functionally to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity. Assume full accountability for the performance and profitability of the area compared to the plan. Seasoned leader with extensive business experience and broad functional expertise, focused on proactive strategic leadership. Manage multiple units or functions through direct management of a group of managers. Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proven business leadership skills with a track record of building products and understanding core concepts of product management. Deep understanding of client needs and how they impact the product development agenda/roadmap. Proven track record of managing, leading, coaching and developing a team. Excellent in building key relationships, influencing and negotiating with clients, partners and leaders across multiple disciplines. Program or project management experience is advantageous (planning, analysis, design and governance). Knowledge of business strategy development necessary for long‑term planning and to manage profitability/performance of a major business segment. Leadership and organizational skills required to direct activities for multiple units. College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience required. Related industry qualification (e.g., ACCA) required. Compensation

$205,700 - 360,100 USD.
