Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
- Assist clients in understanding the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for gold loan offerings
- Conduct thorough assessments of client's financial needs and recommend appropriate gold loan solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of gold loan applications, including document verification and collateral evaluation
- Maintain a strong understanding of the bank's gold loan policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer experience
- Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to promote the bank's gold loan products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using relevant banking and financial software applications
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
- Thorough understanding of the bank's gold loan products, policies, and regulatory requirements
