Work Environment\n

As a part of our team, you will enjoy a remote working setup while having the opportunity to collaborate with fellow clinicians in our outpatient office. Operating during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the needs of your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to determine each patient's unique needs, strengths, and challenges, subsequently developing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community and provide additional resources for common mental health concerns.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to patient treatment and welfare.

• Provide crisis intervention support during emergent mental health situations, offering compassionate and immediate assistance to clients in distress.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and relevant community resources, enhancing their understanding and empowering them in the recovery process.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited academic institution.
