Pay Range: $42–$46/hour | Full-Time
Post Rehab is adding an Occupational Therapist (OT) to our in-house rehab team. This role focuses on restoring independence and improving everyday function for residents in a skilled nursing setting.
Position Summary: You'll work directly with residents to improve their ability to complete daily tasks, regain confidence, and safely return to their highest level of function. This is a hands-on role where your clinical judgment and creativity make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional assessments related to self-care, cognition, and mobility
- Build and adjust treatment plans based on resident progress
- Guide residents through therapy focused on real-life activities
- Recommend adaptive strategies and equipment
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation
- Communicate regularly with rehab and nursing teams
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
