Maintain client records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Our office is open 9am-5pm, but flexible hours will be considered. I have been a State Farm agent since 2004. We currently have 11 team members at our agency. We have almost 120 years of combined insurance experience in our office. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
