Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

Role: Mental Health Outpatient Therapist Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in office and community settings. Conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans, and deliver targeted behavioral and mental health interventions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, schools, community partners, and referring agencies to coordinate care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, participate in supervision and training sessions, and ensure ethical, trauma‑informed, client‑centered practices.
