Job Title: IT Technology Service Senior Specialist Location: Atlanta, GA Purpose and Objective SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Service Senior Specialist at our Atlanta, GA location to design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize/automate SAP’s business processes and improve work efficiency. Expectations and Tasks Resolve complex issues in own area (e.g., cross-functional or cross-country projects); enhance complex systems/processes. Represents SAP to customers: communicates clear and conveys processes & policies in a way that others can understand. Advocates for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors & usage patterns. Promotes the role of User Experience, thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies & practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts. Owns a specific IT Infrastructure service or a group of services during the whole service lifecycle. Is in charge of the Infrastructure Operations portfolio and use Service Lifecycle methodology in Service Management tasks. Ensures and optimizes service operation of services. Monitors OLA and SLA compliance for the service in scope. Supports the early warning process in regards to financial risk & opportunities. Responsible for relevant reporting of the service in scope on global level. Escalates emerging customer dissatisfaction immediately to management/engagement managers and aligns steps to tackle the problem. Ensures cross collaboration with other operations teams, including service coordination with the locations vendor contact for technical issues, related to operations. Aligns with controlling on all financial aspects of the service contract. Aligns with vendor management office on vendor relationship aspects of the service contract. Education and Occupational Experience Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Experience must include four (4) years involving each of the following: SAP Basis SAP HANA Administration SAP S/4HANA system and administration SAP HANA Installation and Administration SAP BTP – End-to-End Performance Analysis License / Certification License/Certification required: internal use only reference code lhrs4262 Compensation Range Transparency Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $152,131 - $216,128. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step towards demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $152,131 - $245,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
