Responsibilities Monetization strategy development, research and develop annual campaign monetization initiatives, build the business new models Monetization project/promotion management, implement monetization plans with campaign teams, break into actions and programs, achieve revenue target Build up infrastructure of monetization stakeholders, including pricing and product strategies etc. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: E-commerce/Content monetization experience required. Complex project management capabilities, able to research and design new business models individually. Good collaborative skills, able to work with various functions to integrate resources and processes. Fast learning and problem-solving skills, and able to handle 0-1 projects Preferred Qualifications: Strong social media exposure and marketing ability across multiple platforms. Familiar with TikTok short video and live-streaming eco-system is a plus. Result driven, strategic thinking, data-driven, and hands‑on. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
