Position Summary Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver high‑quality physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Masters degree in Physical Therapy; or Masters in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. evaluated to be U.S. equivalent. Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $43.00 – $50.00 per hour.
