Position Overview:

As an Aloha Ambassador/Crew Member you'll bring the Aloha spirit to life by providing exceptional customer service. But that's not all - we believe in cross-training our team members to have a diverse set of skills. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha.
• Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
• Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates.
• Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference.
• Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time.

• Current Role is in a Ghost Kitchen where you will primarily help make orders for Delivery Service Providers (DSP's) such as Uber and Door Dash as well as Online. This means that customer service will be limited.
• However... Training will involve all service roles which may include (but are not limited to): Cashier, Dining Room Attendant, Indoor & Outdoor runners, and Drive-Thru.
• Utility roles may include (but are not limited to): Dish, Service Line, Food Prep, Linebacker, Bagger and Cook - responsible for preparing high quality food in a safe manner, and cleaning/sanitizing items used in food preparation to prevent contamination.
