Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Schedule: 2nd Shift 3:45PM - 12:15 AM

Pay rate: $18.50/hr

Duties:

1. Diagnose and repair a variety of printers, from handheld/mobile devices to large-format models.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electronic issues based on customer complaints and feedback.
3. Perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, basic hand soldering, testing, and conducting final inspections.
4. Document repair activities, including identifying problem codes and recording parts used.
5. Follow work instructions and quality standards to meet production goals.
6. Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance efficiency.
7. Handle basic problem-solving and analysis with the guidance of a supervision

Requirements:

1. High school education or equivalent vocational qualification.
2. Ability to work in a team and independently.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and written processes.
4. Adapts quickly and assists in the creation of solutions.
5. Learns policies and procedures, and applies them in routine activities.
