Competitive Pay: $47,000 - $52,000/year + commission, DOE | Credit given for experience Schedule: Full-time, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional nights and weekends as needed Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Drive occupancy by building strong relationships with prospective residents and families Guide prospects through the sales process, including tours, follow‑ups, applications, and move‑ins Work collaboratively in a team‑selling environment, consistently working toward achieving defined occupancy and move‑in targets Respond promptly to all inquiries and maintain consistent follow‑up through calls, emails, and personal appointments Coordinate move‑in logistics by collaborating with internal departments including nursing, maintenance, housekeeping, and resident life Ensure a smooth and positive transition experience for new residents and their families Maintain accurate records in the CRM system Participate in outreach events and meet sales goals set by leadership What You'll Need: Two years of sales or case management experience (required), preference for service industries Must be at least 21 years of age or older (required) Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Comprehensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM database software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits Available to Qualified Employees: Financial Wellness Perks: Access earned wages before payday through ZayZoon, plus tools and resources to support your financial wellbeing.
