Receptionist (Part-time) (St. Louis, MO)

Be the first impression at one of the nation's largest family law firms. Position Details Part‑time Receptionist – Creve Coeur, Missouri (St. Louis Area). The role begins with a relocation from Clayton to the newly renovated Creve Coeur office on August 1, 2026. The position is Monday‑Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., up to 29 hours per week. Starting pay: $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities Welcome and greet clients, prospective clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously. Accept and process client payments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks and special projects. Help ensure conference rooms and reception areas are prepared for client meetings. Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Perform other duties as assigned by firm leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Typing speed of approximately 35 WPM or higher. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent attendance and punctuality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits Starting pay of $16.00 per hour.
