Job Title

Job Overview: Pay Range: $18hr - $19hr

Job Description

Typing data and capturing and entering new and updated customer and account information.

Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.

Enter customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information according to screen format.

Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.

Responsibilities

Process and enter transactions in ECC6 and SAP S/4HANA systems.

Create and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and related system transactions as required.

Support cross-system transaction flow between facilities operating in different SAP environments.

Validate data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly and in a timely manner.

Monitor transaction queues and follow up on incomplete or failed transactions.

Communicate with operations, customer service, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies.

Maintain organized records of processed transactions and any issues encountered.

Escalate system or process issues as needed.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to follow defined processes and work within structured systems.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.

Qualification And Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous clerical, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.

SAP experience (ECC6 and/or S/4HANA) is a plus.
