Responsibilities Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables. Braising and grilling meat and vegetables to perfection. Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption. Preventing cross-contamination to maintain the highest standards of food safety.
