In this Engineering Technician role, you'll provide hands-on support to engineers on the production floor, helping improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to overall operational efficiency. Engineering Technician Duties:

• Provide hands-on production floor support for engineers with continuous improvement initiatives
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with production teams to improve processes
• Create models and detailed drawings for engineering projects
• Assist with developing tools, work instructions, and process routings

Schedule:

Day Shift o Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay:

$22 - $30 an hour

Engineering Technician Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in production or manufacturing and knowledge of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret part drawings
• Computer proficiency, including ERP systems
