General Production Worker

The role is a production team member responsible for driving a tugger and transporting materials to keep the production line supplied. They move raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods, maintain packaging and dunnage, and support smooth workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The job requires safe equipment operation, basic problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive a tugger to transport materials and ensure the production line is continually supplied.
• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods efficiently.
• Maintain packaging and dunnage to support production needs.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production and manufacturing.
• Ability to operate computerized equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in high volume manufacturing, particularly in the automotive industry, is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
