Executive Director

the client is seeking an experienced Executive Director to help guide its next chapter. As the organization approaches a major milestone, this role will support continued growth while honoring its legacy of artistic excellence, education, and community engagement. The Executive Director will serve as a strategic, relationship-centered leader who brings financial rigor and operational discipline to advance the organization’s mission. In partnership with the Artistic Director and the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director will help strengthen the organization’s financial foundation, elevate public visibility, and ensure sustained impact for future generations. The position is expected to combine long-range strategic thinking with effective organizational leadership, supporting alignment across artistic and operational priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership experience and the ability to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will require a deep respect for artistic excellence and the capacity to apply sound management practices to sustain organizational performance and community relevance as the client moves into its next century.
