Process Engineer: Lean Improvement & Data Analytics

Forbo is seeking a Process Engineer for our Ripley site. The role is full-time (36.5 hours/week) reporting to the Manufacturing Process and Systems Manager. You will lead process improvements, support day-to-day problem solving, and drive capital projects to enhance manufacturing performance. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in process/manufacturing engineering, HND or equivalent, and strong knowledge of SPC, Lean, RCA, and data analysis.
