The Construction Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to execute commercial and residential building projects efficiently. They will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies, facilitating clear communication and problem resolution. Ultimately, the Construction Manager is responsible for driving project success by balancing technical, financial, and operational considerations in a dynamic construction environment across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial and residential construction projects.
• Proven knowledge of construction management principles, site acquisition processes, and building codes.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with utility construction and commercial building practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Experience with advanced construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• Background in sustainable building practices and LEED certification.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects across multiple states.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities:
