Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Event Staff to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, presenting products and services, and creating engaging experiences while contributing to team sales goals. Responsibilities Assist with promotional events and customer engagement activities. Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies. Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities. Support individual and team sales goals during events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
