work schedule. Essential Functions Analysis & Modeling - assist in building transaction comps; support DCF and operating model inputs; spread financial data and run sensitivities and charts. Research - Company and industry research; buyer screening; ownership/relationship mapping; news and filings review. Materials Production – Assist in creating and formatting slides, tables, charts; support CIM and management presentation production. Process Support - Track outreach lists, call notes, NDA tracking, diligence logs, and weekly status reporting. Perform other duties as assigned Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Mostly onsite Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Knowledge of financial analysis with an analytical and quantitative skillset Independent thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to ask questions, offer solutions, retain information and apply details to future situations Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook.
