- Facilitate implementation of change within the clinic while supporting the organizational message and keeping the staff motivated in an environment focused on building morale in a positive work environment.
- Be the leader for the front office teams. Model the behaviors that represent our mission, vision, and values, holding ourselves accountable to them and our policies and procedures.
- Assist the Regional Manager with organizing functions within the clinic, including but not limited to, resolving staff scheduling, staff onboarding, staff training, community/clinic events, equipment maintenance.
