Director of Operations

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience

Preferred Requirements:

• MBA degree
• Experience leading industrial manufacturing operations

The successful candidate will lead multi-site operations with full operational and financial accountability. This role is responsible for driving profitable, sustainable growth while executing strategic business objectives across manufacturing, materials, maintenance, and continuous improvement functions. The Director of Operations will lead high-performing teams, strengthen operational performance, and ensure alignment with customer expectations and business goals through a results-driven leadership approach.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the business unit with full accountability for operational performance, profitability, and long-term growth objectives.
• Drive manufacturing operations using a results-oriented framework focused on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen competitive position.
• Lead and align manufacturing, materials, and maintenance functions to ensure high-quality throughput and operational excellence.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable culture focused on achieving customer expectations and business objectives.
