Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist credential for Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Problem-solving mindset and genuine interest in supporting student wellbeing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments for K-12 students to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for instructional strategies and interventions
• Collaborate as an integral member of the student support team, participating in IEP meetings and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes
• Deliver counseling and crisis management services as needed
• Consult with teachers, families, and staff to design positive behavioral supports and interventions
• Maintain thorough, confidential records and timely documentation
• Stay current with best practices and new developments in school psychology
