The Floral Designer/Customer Service role combines creative floral design with excellent customer interaction and operational responsibilities. This position involves crafting beautiful floral arrangements while assisting customers, managing orders, and maintaining inventory. Working as part of a floral design team and reporting to the store manager, the role requires independence and collaboration, using point-of-sale systems alongside manual tracking methods.

Responsibilities

• Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions
• Assist customers by providing expert design consultation
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately
• Manage inventory and maintain floral supplies
• Prepare floral arrangements for events and special orders
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
• Ensure visual merchandising of floral displays is appealing
• Maintain clear and timely client communication

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in floral design
