About the Team About the team - Yard Operations We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction - from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives. Job Description The SAG Services Coordinator responsibilities include the ability to professionally service multiple logistics and field service requirements to support Strategic Account Sales. Tasks include effective coordination for logistics & storage programs, make-ready (repair) services, and additional unique service offerings for Strategic Accounts. Daily functions require diligence, high accountability, and active communication with SAG Services Manager, SAG Sales Coordinators, Inspection Services, 3rd party service vendors, RB Yard Managers, and alternate internal departments to effectively manage the sale for various Strategic Accounts. Responsibilities Arrange transportation, storage, inventory, and repair services to meet the requirements of strategic account customers Coordinate with sales, inspection services, yard staff, and 3rd party vendors to promote effective sale processing Perform thorough inventory tracking to drive timely service and revenue potential Develop service efficiency standards and execute alternative tasks as needed.
