This outpatient facility is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for telehealth coverage to meet the clinical needs of its adult patient population. The facility delivers psychiatric services to adults with conditions including PTSD, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Clinical operations are structured to support ongoing, telehealth-based psychiatric care delivery on a part-time basis.

The area offers a range of landmarks and cultural institutions suited to varied interests, including the Smithsonian museums, the National Gallery of Art, and the monuments and memorials along the National Mall, many of which are free to visit. Historic neighborhoods and waterfront areas provide additional ways to explore beyond central attractions. Notable sites such as the Library of Congress, the U.S. Botanic Garden, and Ford's Theatre round out the offerings for clinicians with diverse interests.

Clinicians in this role will provide part-time outpatient psychiatric services via telehealth for an adult population, working day shifts totaling 8 hours per week. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management and follow-up appointments, and diagnostic assessments with treatment planning for adults presenting with PTSD, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Initial evaluations are scheduled for 60 minutes and medication management follow-up appointments for 30 minutes; patient volume is variable.
