Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase materials, supplies, parts, and equipment.
• Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Monitor order status and expedite deliveries when necessary.
• Collaborate with technicians and managers to forecast needs and avoid material shortages.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
• Maintain and organize the warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory checks.
• Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed.

Skills / Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, communication and logistical skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various environments and weather conditions.
• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience in purchasing or inventory management.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening for all illegal substances in Vermont.
