Job Description Performs administrative and clerical duties in support of the logistics team. Responsibilities include maintaining and organizing correspondence, memoranda, invoices, and other records in accordance with established filing systems and procedures. Retrieves documents, data, and correspondence in a timely manner upon request. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 to 4 years of related experience. Demonstrates knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within logistics and administrative support functions. Follows established guidelines and instructions to complete assigned tasks and works under direct supervision. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Qualifications Questions: Describe your experience maintaining records, files, invoices, and other administrative documents. How do you ensure accuracy and organization? Evaluates organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative experience. Can you provide an example of a time when you had to retrieve important information or documents under a tight deadline? How did you prioritize and complete the request? Assesses time management, responsiveness, and problem-solving abilities. What experience do you have supporting logistics, operations, or supply chain teams, and what tools or systems have you used in those roles? Measures relevant logistics support experience and familiarity with business systems and processes. Additional Information Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting of 10 to 15 pounds with minimal repetition. Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, biological hazards, or other physical risks.
