Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Role & Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, utilize various techniques and equipment, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention, and maintain a safe, compliant treatment environment. Engage in quality assurance and professional development, assist in discharge planning, and perform other assigned duties within scope of practice. Qualifications & Skills: Valid state licensure, current BLS certification, strong clinical skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and interpersonal abilities. Must have physical capacity for moving equipment and assisting patients, and sensory acuity for effective communication. Ability to work independently and under supervision, with proficiency in documentation and PC use.
