Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, every other weekend

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- 2+ years of RN experience in Long Term Care (LTC)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- State License: Michigan

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist staff nurses in the treatment and care of patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Provide patient and family-centered care, recognizing the importance of their experience.
- Support the nursing team in achieving superior performance and quality of care.
- Maintain clear communication with nursing staff and management regarding patient needs and care strategies.

Compliance / Notes:
- Attendance policy in effect; absences or lateness exceeding stated limits may result in termination.
