Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.The Fraud Investigations team helps protect customers and the platform by reviewing suspicious activity, confirming what happened, and taking action to reduce risk. As a Fraud Investigation Analyst, you’ll review fraud alerts, analyze transactional and behavioral signals, and document outcomes in line with internal policy and regulatory requirements. You’ll also route higher-risk cases to the right partners and help limit customer impact through timely, accurate investigations—your work directly supports trust and safety across Robinhood!This role is based in our Denver, CO and Westlake, TX office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community.
